Does the bio area of directory listing need to be unique?

Hey guys, so I'm trying to rank my roofing company business in the local map SERP and ive read the best way is to build NAP citations.

On these various directory submission websites there is a section to include my company BIO.

What I've been doing is just copy & pasting the same bio across all sites (EG: mana, foursquare, ect..)

Is this okay to do? or should I create unique BIOs for each directory submission?

    If you worry about duplicate content then no, you don't need to create new BIO
    for every site because original is coming from the same source, author and so on.
