Website Reconstruction Effect On SEO...

I want to reconstruct my services website. But i am bit confused about it that if i upload a new theme or reconstruct my website in PHP, so that it effect my SEO work because my Page Authority [PA] is 31 & Domain Authority [DA] is 17 & Alexa Rank is 6,565,483....
Just answer the question if i reconstruct & upload new website on a same domain, will it decrease my ranking or decrease PA, DA ?
Or no effect from SEO point of view??

    If you plan and execute the rebuild properly there will be virtually no change in your SEO visibility.
    The main question to ask before doing anything becomes:
    Will the pages on the new site match the pages on the old site or are you planning to restructure the URLs in the new build? If the URLs will change then you will need to plan out redirects, to point requests for old pages to the most relevant new page. These will also funnel any authority from the old pages to the new.
    There's a lot more to it but that's the major thing to clarify before you jump in and rebuild.
