You should try to create back links on heath related websites. You can find some blogs where content updates on daily basis; try to take backlinks from such blogs or website.

To get quality backlinks that take your effort. The way you saying is spam, that is not quality backlinks even you put your link on the authority sites.
Why don't you spend time to write quality content and use social,.. to get more traffic. Of course this is not easy and may take a lot of time and effort, but this is the best way to get better ranking

This is nonsense, links may indexed for 2 days, but the site has grown to 2 days, it's interesting how? that is, you hit on some quick refresh? You can promote and sites for a couple of days)))
