    Hi Memon,

Length for title is 70 characters and meta description is between 150-160 characters long inclusive of spaces which if included along with keywords usage properly is helpful for better ranking.

    1) it's not necessary but it depends on your content if you want to optimize the website seo friendly, follow google on-page factors.

    2) title length is 50-65 maximum, in one page only one keyword and description length is 150-165 characters only

    1) precisely title and description tags tells in short and detail about content on the page. So if these are same then search engine whom to decide is correspondent one and get confused and it degrades your content, Not the whole the title should be different but in short it's somewhat differs and tells in detail about the content.
2)as mentioned earlier by shrusti is what number count.
    3) yup, it's added one but donot stuff keywords more enough it required.

Length for Titles & Descriptions in the Google Search Results

    Title tag Characters 55 - 60 Char ( New Title 70 Char)
    Description in Characters 150 - 160 Characters ( New Desc 250 Char)

User keyword main keyword in Title one time and use primary and secondary keyword in the description

Note: Now a days there is not that much important that keyword have in the URL. but still it will be considered as said by John Mueller. So better to use main keyword in the URL and in the Heading tag also.

    1) Should every page have different title, keywords and description?
If you put different titles and meta descriptions, it would be beneficial to your site to get more impressions on search engines for various keywords.

    2) What is maximum length for title, number of keywords and length of description?
Maximum length of Title is 65 to 70 characters (with space) and descriptions: 155 to 160 characters (with space).

    3) If keyword in meta keyword also exist in url then do you think, it would be advantage for ranking?
No, it would not beneficial for rankings, because google pick the keywords from website content, titles and meta description and not URL.

Because everyone is answering something different and I didn't know which was right, I just went to Google and searched through their help articles and found that they actually say:

title: "cut off is 56 characters"

keywords: "use 5 to 20 keywords"

description: "usually cuts off around 150 characters"

I think I've been using closer to 70 or 80 characters in my titles and closer to 200 characters in my descriptions. I'll start making them shorter now and see if that makes any difference, now that I know Google actually tells us what to do. Did they change it? I thought I remember reading it before (years ago) and it said 80 for title and 200 for description, which is why I was doing that. It's been a few years since I read their help pages. I think I should read them again and see what else they've changed.
