Dynamic Links should Rank first position in Google

Hi friends

I recently joined in a new company. It's a travel based company, they have submitted dynamic links sitemap to google. He is asking me to rank first in google the urls are dynamic. With great effort they are in second page of google. I need your oponion friends is it worth working in that company or will it rank in first position. It's highly competition field. Travel.

        it is very hard after when keyword rank on already 3rd page and we need to be on first page. but it is worth it if they pay $400.

    What keywords are you trying to rank for?

    The travel industry is extremely competitive. I used to work for a leading travel website in the UK, who ranked number 1 in Google for a large amount of specific keywords relating to the industry and was bringing in around 4 million unique visitors per month.

    Trust me this success did not come over night. The website has been running for over 15 years and that success came down to quality content and backlinks.

    I would say to already be on the second page of Google is quite good, however, you can never be sure as to how long that will last due to constant algorithm changes.

    You should never promise to be able to get a website on the first page of Google, especially in such a competitive industry. As someone has already mentioned, how much money is he willing to pay? If he wants traffic coming in straight away, he may be best to start with Google Ads and in the mean time start working on the quality of the content on the website and work on generating quality backlinks and getting the company name out there on social media.
