Alternatives to Google Monetization

Hey, I have a site that has been developed and is still in the developing stages and it has been banned by Google ADSENSE!

The bizarre thing is, the site doesn't violate any of the guidelines that they mentioned.

- We've not applied any cloaking or redirection whatsoever. Completely clean URL structure.

- Every page on the site has a specific purpose and is written in natural, comprehensible English.

- We are not replicating or artificially spinning our content on any subdomains or redundant/multiple pages on the site.

- There are no doorway page on the site (fake content pages). All the content is thematic and organised around a central topic.

- The site is designed perfectly well for human navigation and content consumption.

#1 Can you tell me why google would ban a site if it is in compliance (ADSENSE ONLY) We're not talking delisting.

#2 Can you give me some alternatives to use on the site now that Google isn't interested?

I can't give you the URL of the site, because last time I did a mod deleted the thread. Don't know why because they didn't explain.

So I hope you can give me the answer without looking at the site.

Thanks for your help.

    Haven't tried them all but..

I tried Adbrite, but compared to Adsense they pay nothing. I was getting like 1 cent to 2 cents a click profit where Adsense was giving me 30 cents to $1.00 per click.

Google Adsense does not accept sites that are still in development. This could be the reason why they did not accept it. I would finish developing the site and re-apply again. There is no equivalent to Adsense at the moment with the possible exception of the Yahoo Network, but the latter is very difficult to get into.

I wonder how Google would know whether a site is under development.

Very good point. I have noticed that Google is making lot of changes (under pressure from the feds about 'get rich quick spammers'.).
I suggest you review the pages and see if there are any pages where there is no match between Title, keyword, header (In which case the website may get flagged).
        I trust it helps.!

    Have you considered affiliate marketing?

Are there any products that you could promote as an affiliate that are related to your website's content? If so, you could put up banner ads of those products on your website instead of Google ads.

Without more info it's difficult to say why they had a problem with it.

I use Chitika on a lot of sites now. It's not as good an earner as Adsense in a well targeted niche but it does convert well.

Bidvertiser I've tried but it didn't do so well.

eBay Partner Network does good in product niches but these days it's harder to get approved for it than it is Adsense or just about any other affiliate program.
