Mixed Content & Duplicate Content

Hi.
First issue:
SemRush is showing me 31 pages that have "mixed content".. All of these pages have HTTPS in front of them yet I don't even have SSL on my website. Is this simply telling me that I NEED to have SSL installed or is there some sort of URL issue?
Second:
It is also saying that all of my pages have duplicate content.... I am using a Call-To-Action (section) consisting of one line of text and a button on the bottom of all of my pages. Could this be triggering these errors? I am also using the same submit form on a few of the pages but can FORMS be considered duplicate content? I'm not sure how I would go about customizing a form differently on every page.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
