Implementing Structured Data for Smartphones/Mobiles

Hi

I have already implemented structured data for a client on their www site, however I would like to know whether there is any requirement to have new structured data coding on mobile?

As of now I have not implemented it on mobile but data is showing on Google SERP. But for improving mobile do we need to add it on the mobile site???

    I do not think you need to make any changes for mobile structured data.
    But I will also wait for answers from other members.

      so as per your understanding there is no need to udpate the structured data for mobile as it is already updated for website.

      Currently whenever i search on touch site on google it shows me rich snippets same as of www cause nothing is implemented on touch site yet.

      But to simplify searches i want add the meta tags, structured data same as www on touch site.
