Google displaying category url instead of post name url

Hi guys,
I'm using the yoast seo plugin. I have my permalink structure setup for "post name." However, when google indexes my posts, they show up in the index only showing the category. So, it looks like this googles index "https://myblog.com/blog/. It goes to the right url when you click from google. What setting do I need to change in yoast or what do I do?
