      I'm not sure what blogs, forums or Q&A sites you have found that have do-follow backlinks but they must be pretty worthless sites. None of those tactics will help you climb the rankings at all.

      Guest posting on other established, high quality blogs is one thing you could do. That starts with having something so good, some other blog will want to have it on their site. Of course, if you can create something that good, maybe you can get links to it on your own site by contacting other websites who might want to help their site visitors out by linking to it.

    Some of them will publish your blog posts and articles (if they are unique) and add a link to your website.

    You're not asking the right questions at all. You get quality backlinks by building a website that doesn't suck @$$. I'm not holding my breath for you. If you think some nonsense like posting shitty comments with links pointing back at your site is a good idea - you're sorely mistaken.
