Content idea generation for bloggers?

I was wondering how you guys get ideas for blog articles? How often do you have the problem of writing something and it doesnt get read ? Do you know why (e.g no search engine traffic, or the current audience isn't intrested ? )

    There are idea generators. Some are pretty good. Another way to find topics is to answer a question. You can get inspiration by using Google Suggest. You have to try out a lot of combinations, but at least you'll know that the questions are being asked regularly enough for Google to suggest it.

    You can read the ideas here and follow one of them. The problem that you ask is always happen. The important thing is you need to find out the suitable idea and work hard to create fresh content.
    1. Create your ultimate guide post on the topic you know better than anything else. Be sure to link to other websites in your niche and notify them when you publish your post.
    2. Do some research in the area you feel a passion to.
    3. Share some statistics and figures: people love posts with data.
    4. Dispel some myths in a particular area and match them against facts.

    I would keep reading--books, other blogs and articles, etc. And there are online topic generators like Hubspot's blog ideas generator. I'm no pro writer, so sometimes if I'm out of ideas to writ I just look for a freelancer to write a few pieces for me. Lets me have some breathing room so to speak, plus their writings help give me more ideas for the future.

    The problem you're talking about is a common problem that all writers have to deal with. It may be because you're not practicing SEO, not writing in an interesting way, etc.

    You can search for forums or articles around the web for ideas. I believe there are tools for that too. You should also do competitive analysis on trending topics within your niche. With those data, you can formulate your content idea.
