Sitemap error: 403 forbidden

Hi warriors, i was trying to submit my sitemap to google: sitemap.xml

and i am getting this error message from google: Sitemap error: 403 forbidden my pages cannot be indexed. Blocked by robot.

Please how do i fix this? Check my site

    Can you open your sitemap url on your browser? Seems like a webserver misconfiguration.

      yes i did. when i post the first one, i did not get any response from moderators so i have to post it the second time and they just approved both of them.
