I'm creating a new website. It will be very large, I have the option of having numeric IDs or alphanumeric IDs, like the example below

mysite.com/articletitle/numbericid
mysite.com/articletitle/alphanumbericid

Does it make a difference on which one I use for better serps?
#alphanumeric #effect #number #serps

Agreed. Google sees 234 s being the exact same thing as two hundred and thirty-four, and both the same as two three four (and all sorts of variations of those). Besides, the URL, itself, has nothing to do with how well a page will rank anyway.
