I am going to develop a site with an idea which contains user-generated content My Question is "how to Rank user-generated content site?" and also share some additional thing which i have to keep in mind while developing the structure of site...

    Ranking user-generated content is usually a technical question (hosting the content and point it back to your site)
    You actually need them to share and point those links back to your site if you want the SEO juice

    Once the content is on the site, start building backlinks to those page in order to rank them. The backlinks should be dofollow and on domains that have high authority. Also, you may want to optimize the titles (for the keywords you want the content to rank for).

    Based on your necessary, I think you should build a multisite. This site model, can build using Wordpress CMS. Within multisite, any user can to create an account, and then write the content, and then they can share through social media.
