Browsing the internet I've bumped with many Single page Micro Niche sites.
Similar to Xfactor's sites but just 1 page.
Do they make any money?

Thank you

    Hi...

I don't think that there's an easy answer because so many other factors are involved in a site/blog's potential for success.

I do have several one page blogs that earn me a steady amount of Adsense income each month. But I think it was the work I did in creating backlinks for them that really help SEO (as opposed to the fact that they are a single page of keyword research content).

But yes, single page blogs/sites can be profitable.

XFactor mentions in this thread that he has a couple of 1-page sites but most are bigger than that.

You have to ask yourself how much value is that 1 page actually providing? You want to provide informative content while you're making your money.

Why build up an empire of 1 page sites if the search engines are just going to decide they're crap and de-index them? I mean, sure, you may make some money for some time. But if you're going to build an empire, wouldn't you rather it be stable for some long term cash? Otherwise devote your time and energy to something that's going to keep giving you a payday.

Last year any of my 1-page site were just accidental, sites I put up but
then got sidetracked with other websites.

Currently, all of my micro-niche sites have as minimum of 30 pages
of content, my health site is nearing 2,000.

So you can start with 1 page, but why put a cap on the earnings potential
of that site by not adding pages?

Do you still manage those 30-2000 pages with xsitepro?

Most yes, but I've been using some sites with Mac Rapidweaver software.

It doesn't really matter what you use though, so long as you are
            comfortable with it.

For some this is wordpress, others XsitePro, others dreamweaver, etc.

the question is how long google will like them. If they decide to devalue 1 page websites like with adwords landingpages, then this is not good for long term business (what it should be).

I personally do not advise going out and making 1-page websites.

The more pages you have online for a site, the better - for many reasons.

I have success with one page sites, but use a service (not Squidoo) that specializes in one page sites. I don't use them with Adsense. I use them for affiliate marketing. I'll put an ad in USFreeads, direct it to the one page site, and then to a landing page on my main site. I seem to get a lot more google "looks" with this bounce around.
