Finding High PR Links

Hi all,
I currently use SEO quake and Google advanced search to search pages of forums and blogs for there highest page rank posts, in hope of finding some nice pages I can drop a link on.
However I am wondering if others care to share how they find QUALITY high page rank links (and I don't mean profile links that are PR 0 inside a PR 7 domain...although nothing against them)
