How important our internal links? We are building 100's of different webpages on our site to target niche keywords. Should all these pages include a link back to our home/landing page?

For me - I always had a link back to my index page, unless it was an internal page w/in my subdirectory - but my index page of the subdirectory would link back to my main index page.

They're pretty important. They reciprocate link-juice back to your own site, and bring traffic back to pages, and engage readers. I don't recommend having them all link back to your site, but some of them yeah. You should link them to different pages that relate to each other.

Yes, it is very important to get the backlinks for every inner page of your site.
