How to Ping Profiles?

Hello:

How do I ping forum profiles and blogposts for quick google indexing?

Most of my new backlinks (approx 60%) are coming from blogposts, so want to make sure that posts are indexed by google quickly.

    Stick the URLs in a list and put them in a blog post then ping the blog using pingomatic would work. Also turn the list into a RSS feed using an online html to rss service and submit it to every RSS directory you can find.

    Hey Jazbo-Have you tried adding the links to a Wordpress or Blogger blog?

    Given a couple of posts on either platform I'd have to think Google would find it.
