How Do I Create a SEO Page In Wordpress Instead of a Post?

Hello,

I want people that click to read a post on my blog to actually go to an optimized page.

So instead of clicking and going to p=3

it would go to "how-to-lose-10-pounds"

How can I do this?

    I think you want to change the way your permalinks are setup in wp settings, if I understand your question right - you mean how do I have a more SEO friendly URL structure?

      In the permalinks settings, tick on Custom Structure, and put in %postname%

      This will put the post name in the url.
