Anyone have a good strategy for finding .gov or .edu links?

I'd like to start adding some of these to my sites. Any idea where I can start looking? My sites are all health related.

    I usually find them by typing the subject + .gov or .edu

    As you know blog commenting on relevant backlinks is key. Here are the codes you place into google search:

    site:.edu +"powered by WordPress" -"Comments are open" +"your keywords" +"recent comments" - has recent comments widget , great for sitewide links

    Replace .edu with .com for even more results.

    site:.edu blog -"Comments are closed" +"your keywords"
    (optional)+"recent comments"


    EDU Sites - I found 7300 for my niche -
    site:.edu +"powered by WordPress" -"Comments are open" +"yourkeyword"

    Use the same query for .gov

      Great post - and great google commands. I've tried something like these before - get's great results. Filters out a lot of stuff you don't need to weed through.
