Instant Customers - does it really work?

Have you ever heard of Instant Customers (Instant Customers)? I wonder is this some kind of scam company?

Apparently:
"Instant Customers submits your website instantly to over 200 search engines worldwide and promises free search engine traffic for life".

I bought this for $14.95 and submitted 20 sites in this member area, which they in turn submitted to all the search engines. This was 7 weeks ago, and when I check with "site:subdomain.mysite.com" then I get this:

"Your search - site:subdomain.mysite.com - did not match any
documents".

In this case "subdomain.mysite.com" is something else. Hope you get the idea.

This is what they say:
"The Best Thing to do is resubmit your website.
And it goes on Google as soon as you submit your website to instant Customers."

But what's the point if it didn't appear on the search engines the first time!?

I guess we won't be hearing about them much longer. Thank goodness it was only $14.95.

It's much longer than this, but I wanted to spare you from publishing the whole thing. Successfully submitted?? It doesn't seems so successful to me...I haven't checked all the search engines but my page doesn't appear on Google, Yahoo and Altavista, so it doesn't look good.

I bought this service trough PayPal. Is there a way to get a refund through PayPal? It's not much money, but they shouldn't have my money if it doesn't work like the say...

PayPal has a 30 day refund dispute process do they not? Report or not, if they are not there by now, I would say the work wasn't done.

Why would you need so many search-engines? Bing, Google and Yahoo are covering about 99% of the used search-engines (if it isn't more). Beside that every search-engine will pick up your website as long your content is good and you are generating backlinks.

Well, I agree with you. It seems unnecessary to submit to all of this search-engines. The thing is I joined My Home Wealth System and as an extra service I could join this Instant Customer site. So I paid the extra money for this. At the time it sounded like a good thing to get submitted to all this search engines. But at the same time it seems a bit unnecessary to submit to, well about 100 search engines.

The same people that gives the support in the member area of this My Home Wealth system is the same people that answer me when I'm asking questions in the Instant Customer member area. So it´s related somehow.

So If I can't get the money back on this Instant Customer thing (bought through PayPal), then I can still get the money back for the ClickBank product "My Home Wealth System".

So the support on Instant Customer said it could take up to 7 weeks for my site to get indexed. Sound like a long time. Now it's been about 7 weeks and still no result.

So let's say PayPal has a 30 day refund dispute process and Instant Customer claims it will take about 7 weeks to see results in Google. What will happen is that when I get proof of whether it's working or not then this 30 day would be over.

This is a funny thing about this site: My Home Wealth System. If you look at "Positions Remaining", it varies very much over time, and it should as long as the number decreasing, but they some times increasing from 4 to 17. So it's like a timer intended to give the impression of diminishing positions.

By the way, My Home Wealth System gives me a bunch of sites on sub domains that I have no control over. I don't like that. From now on I only will have sites that I can control myself with my own hosting of choice.

The more control I have over things, the better it feels. And even if it is attempting, it also better for things to take a bit longer than rush into something that doesn't really work.

I opted for "free, done it for you sites" with My Wealth Builder months ago, but got hit by an upgrade right away, I refused, so received only one site, with submission to 26 search engines with Instant Customers.
As a free customer I cannot access anything except the submission date, and the number of visitors. I have received an average of 200 daily visits to my site for several months, but not one sale. If the site was so great, wouldn't I at least get one sale a month? Are they keeping my money, or fudging the visitors figures? I have contacted them twice, with no reply, and yes, support for these two companies goes to the same place.
Glad I only took the free package, so not out in the money department, but they are out a customer.I didn't expect much, and that is what is what I received....

It's the same company and there's a few others that aren't happy about them either.

If you google "free search engine submissions" you'll get a lot of services that are just as good if not better since they are free. Make sure you ping your website pages as well

Its not scam but its useless. Its not needed that you submit your domains to these search engines. Only Google,Bing and Yahoo are important and your website can be indexed on them without direct submission and by linking from other websites.

      Thanks for clarifying that.
I still think though, that with 200 daily visitors there should have been one sale. Popular subject, weight loss, their wonderful site that was supposed to be "plug and play". I'm glad I didn't go for the upgrade, which would give me 5 sites submitted to 100 search engines.......WOW mega useless.

totally agree with you! search engine submission is useless.

Besides i think the company didnt scam, they did submit to multiple search engine. But even the site is submitted, it doesn't mean those search enignes must index the site, they just accept request from somebody to include the site in their search engine only.....

actually you can easily do this by software but my experience tell me it is useless, a simple social bookmarking on a few famous bookmarking sites have far more great result.

Any thing that says "Submit to Directories and Search Engines" is completely worthless. It will provide you zero value. Build links on good sites and every engine word anything to you will find you. Posting a simple ezinearticle would have provided you 10x the value.

however i disagree that directory submission is useless.

it depends on what kind of directory list you have, if you use some softwares which have really outdated list mostly, then it is useless...

of course, directory submission give low quality backlinks, but you can apply it not to the main money site but to secondary sites in the link wheel.
