Rank in google and stay there my step by step post

Hi Warriors I wanted to share this with you guys because this website has been a great resource for me and I wanted to give something back. I started having really good success in to google ranking on the first page with this blog method and wanted to share with you how I did it.

5 simple ways to rank in google quick with 30 minutes and some outsourcing here we go.

1. Build your blog around 1 keyword phrase. make sure the exact match is under 20,000 the blog I built was for my local market in my city Personal Trainer Calgary I searched google ad words keyword tool in my local market and got back Personal Trainer Calgary it got searched and is very targeted to what I was doing promoting a local gym in my city.

So I quickly registered the .org and .net after that I used the one click blog install in my host gator account after I pointed my name servers to set up the blog.

2. Then I when back to google and typed in my keyword and used the wonder wheel to build my categories and drilled down again to get more keywords.

3. Then I hired my writer to write 10-15 original articles around those terms and built the site just like the wonder wheel suggested.

4. After I installed the all in one seo plug in and picked my free theme I started submitting the articles to the blog I got written for me.

5. Then I spun those same articles and submitted to article base and free traffic system every day for 4 days.

6. After that I submitted it to some friendly seo search engines and that was it has been sitting on the first or top second page for my keyword ever since!

7. I submitted the url to google once
