Transposed words in SEO?

I have a basic SEO question but somehow must not be using the right search words! All I want to know is this:
Using the name of this forum for an example - if I am targeting keyword "war room" and google says that there are the same searches for "room war" will I still get the whole keyword bonus if I register roomwar.com as my domain? Or will that only give me that super special bonus for when people actually DO search "roomwar?" Which, by the way, is not even close to my actual keyword, in case anyone thinks I'm trying to rip off the forum
