Exporting the trackback links from the wordpress comments queue?

I need a way to export all the trackback links from the wordpress comments queue.

But just the trackback ones, not the spammy comments with links in them.
Is there a plugin or something else for that?

    Post in the Programming Talk subforum and ask for somebody with MySQL query knowledge.

    You will need a query that lists only the commen_type = trackback.

    Learn MySQL

    go to your phpMyadmin > select the database > click the wp_comments on the left
    Click "Search" on the top - and leave all the fields selected

    In the field where it says: Add search conditions (body of the "where" clause): - type this:
    comment_type = "trackback"
    Hit the GO button next to it...

    It should list only the TBs.

    Then select all and Export.
