Hello everyone.

Would like to ask have you ever had your article on first page of GOOGLE?

If YES how long did it take for you to get one there?

And if you can you can share your tactic here ... And I am going to share with you how I get my articles on SECOND page of Google in less than 2 days.

Step 1. Pick up keywords for your articles that has more than 100 searches per month and less than 20,000 competing pages in Google. You can use Google keyword tool for that or Marketing Samurai.

Step 2. Then write 400+ words article with one keyword. Its important that you use only one keyword inside your article and of course you want to use your keyword in article tittle and after each 100 words inside your article as well.

Step 3. Create About the Author Box where you use same keyword and link that keyword to the webpage or your landong page.

Step 4. Optimize you landing page for the same keyword. You want to use the keyword at least two times inside your landing page or any other webpage.

Step 5. Submit your article to EZ.

Step 6. Once your article will be submitted use OnlyWire to submit it to social networks.

Thats pretty much it, some times your article can appear on second page of Google in less than 2 days, sometimes not ;-)

Unfortunately this tactic had never worked for me to get to First page of Google, but second page is better than nothing ;-)

I don't check for the number of competing pages. It doesn't matter how many competing pages there are. I use traffic travis (free version) to see how many links I need to beat the current top 10.

Include keyword in title, 2 to 3 times in the body of the article.

Then I backlink the crap out of the article. If you get more quality links than the other sites on the first page you hit first page.

How long depends on how competitive the keyword is. It could take a few months if its competitive.

Ha, that sounds simple, but 100 searches per month it is too little.
    Thanks for the tip anyway.

100 searches per month is very very low, go for higher
    market samurai is dead
there are a LOT more ways to build backlinks to your article site then creating some social bookmarks- I build social bookmarks to my social networking sites.
I also use RSS feed submition
Pinging (all the links I get)
Blog comenting and profile building- go for high PR
Dont know how to do it, outsource it

Just one thing to remember, this might be a bit harder now than it was a few weeks ago with Google's latest algorithm change.

They've dropped a lot of article type sites (EzineArticles etc.) off of the first page of Google so it will be interesting to see how this works over the next few months. I've had articles that were on the first page of Google (mostly on EA) by providing backlinks to them etc., that have been dropped to the 2nd or 3rd page now after this algorithm change.

This hasn't happened to all articles, but it has to a lot so I'd be curious to know how effective techniques like this will be to get an article (on an article site) to this first page from now on.

What - without publishing it on your own site first and getting it indexed there?!

Whose business are you trying to build up, here, yours or EZA's?! :p

It will help you (a lot!) to read this thread really carefully.

Well I quess that articles from Ezine Articles will appear on first page of Google faster than I would publish them on my own site. My site is not authority one and dont have any page rank. So if I am up to building a list fast I think that it is better to publsih them on EZA.

Of course if I woul be up to SEO I would publish articles on my own site and only.

If you build up EZA's business instead of your own, it will stay that way for ever, too.

Your articles at EZA don't have any page rank, either. Don't get confused with the page rank of EZA's home page. Your articles aren't on their home page!

This is totally, completely, absolutely mistaken.

EZA backlinks are non-context-relevant, PR-0 backlinks.

Seriously, Yevgeniy, it really will help you a lot to read this thread slowly and carefully. Absolutely no disrespect implied at all - am simply trying to offer help, because at the moment you're very misguided about the basics.

Ok but when I post the same article on for example Article Base, still article from EZA will come up as first one, so authority and page rank of EZA means something right? I am thinking logically and from my own experience ... So if I will put this same article on my website and my website have nothing at all a new one, so whats the point linking to it and wasting my time on posting there if it will not beat EZA?! Anyway ...

Authority yes. Page rank not exactly: your article is on a PR-0 page - this is just an irrefutable factual statement (check them for yourself!).

It's true that a backlink on a PR-0 page of a site with a high-PR home page is (often temporarily) better than one on a PR-0 page of "just any old random site", but only a very little bit!

Beating EZA is dead easy, for article marketers.

It may not be for you, but that's because you've cumulatively damaged your own site by submitting your articles to EZA without first getting them indexed on your own site. You've ended up, as a result, and entirely unnecessarily, with a site that's permanently outranked by an article directory for all its own keywords! And now you're saying that your own site's SEO can't beat EZA?! I promise I don't mean it rudely or as a criticism, Yevgeniy, but you did it to yourself, by developing someone else's business instead of your own.

With apologies for the repetition, it really, really, really will help you enormously to give this thread another long and slow and careful and thoughtful read, exactly as it has helped so many others here, because at the moment you're really misguided about the basics. Sorry to keep saying the same thing over and over again in slightly different words, but honestly sometimes it's all one can do!

Ok the guy on that thread is saying that that's the way he is doing so ... please read ...

Starts here ===> """This is what I do and it's worked really well for me:

    - I post a summary of the article on my website.

    Then...

    - I post the article to EZA with a link back to the page where I posted my article.

This works really well when using keywords in the title of the article because then it adds link juice to your website page...for instance """ <=== Ends Here ...

Ok and in my bio what I am gonna say ... if you want to read the sumarry of the article you have just read please click here ... :-)

I think I would better do this one and it will increase my SEO as well ... I know it from my own experience ...

Use the same keyword in title of your landing page and 2-3 times where you write bullet poits or something.

    Thats it ...

I have followed the same method and it did not work for my keyword. OP was pointing out to post the articles in social network through Onlywire. And I don't know how to do that. Is it any software or a web platform?
