Weekly PR5 BackLinks Project

Our current site has a PR5 and we're looking for someone (prefer an individual) who can get a dozen PR5 and greater back links each week for a period initially of 12 weeks. If the relationship works we'd use them ongoing.

Each backlink needs to be a do follow link and allow anchor text and be permanent. Must be gained manually.
