Indexed links?

I have a question that is,If we build 200 links using profiles and only 10 links are indexed by search engine.My question is that shall the links will effect the ranking either they are not indexed in search engine or they only make effect if they are indexed?

those unindexed links may be found by search engines over time which is a good thing.

The links the are not indexed will have no effect in search engine rankings. They will only make a contribution by the time that they get indexed.
