    The whole thing needs a complete redo. From content, to
    ad placement. I won't make such a long post as is actually needed.
    I could not do it justice in the amount of time I can devote to a
    post. You need help. Serious help. Check out some other
    threads here on ad placement and colors, and PLEASE read
    all the google tutorials, help guides, best practices, optimization
    tips,etc. that google readily provides.

    Three things I will say:

    Make 2 out of 3 ad blocks text only.

    Get rid of the Christmas graphic...

    Publish real content.

    Okay, 4. Your links disappear on mouseovers. Not good. At least
    on the firefox that I'm using.

    I could do 5, but then I'd do 6,7,8,....

    I should point out that this is not a personal dig on you.

    And mine, IE. You need to change that big-time. Banner is also well confusing and the site lay-out needs urgent attention.

    First of all your links disappears on hovering it . So change the template or hire any CSS expert who will do it . And then change the adsense ads size and also try to change them from image to text ads then see the results .
