since you are new don't go for a software now. Do some manual stuff first and after understanding the picture buy software if necessary

I would personally go with webceo or seo power suite but first start doing the things manually.

Using software in start for SEO is not a good practice. Better to it first manually for better results.

I highly recommend Attracta's SEO tool which gives you a very detailed report as well as how and where to improve what (if you get what im sayin?)

As a newbie, try to stick with generic SEO methodologies in order to be in safe band, once you have got complete charge over it and has got full understanding for its terminologies, then you can opt for SEO software tools or equipments.
