  Writing and submitting to press release sites does wonder in terms of traffic and link building. Just make sure you have a neutral press release that is not "salesy."

So you want backlinks from PR1-PR9 sites which essentially describes a huge chunk of the web!

I'm sure people will be able to tell you many strategies - but free involves time and effort.

Some ways are:
- social bookmarking
- guest posting
- link bait
- video syndication
- article marketing
- links from social profiles
- Facebook shares and tweets
and many more...

I have a perfect solution for you:

1) Find a Pr1-6 dofollow blog. (the page should be PR 1-6)
2) Download SEO Spyglass (Free version will work fine)
3) Using this software, check all the websites that are on the already mentioned blog. There is a good chance that they have other Dofollow PR 1-6 backlinks

That's how it's done.

A never ending supply of free backlinks. Just use seo-spyglass to weed out the junk, with a few clicks.

Hi! Are you using SEOPressor? It's a good tool for getting your post in the first page of Google much more if its content is unique. SEOPressor is worth a $100 but there's an alternative plus an autobacklink plugin (pls set in a normal mode once you use it)...look for my post on this thread http://www.warriorforum.com/adsense-...n-pressor.html

Link building is a must.... submit to search engines as well... But don't worry, the older your blog gets older, and the more article you post, the higher PR it will gain later.
