You should only submit an article to one website whatever the site is. Your site's reputation will increase by submitting unique articles.

It is not bad, but you should make your own description about your article. Do not get a portion of your article that has already been posted in your website and make it as a description for Google might consider it as duplicate content.
So better to make your own description but make sure that the relevancy remains.

You can submit the same in different social bookmarking sites. But it would be more appreciable if you spin the articles and then go for the submit.

Social bookmarking is a good way of spreading your article. However, you should not make a duplicate description of your article. You should write your won description of what your article is all about before you do social bookmarking.
