    there are many lists if you do a quick search on this forum or on google. But you will get mixed results. Like others have said it is interperted in wildly varying ways by different people.

      Looks like mainly article directories are the ones being described as the web 2.0 links. There are indeed very comprehensive lists of such sites on the forum, and I guess each person's experience with them is the only way you can tell for sure. The thing is that they seem to have stronger links from them as compared to say RSS or comment links. At least as far as I can tell.
