While doing link exchange. We should consider quality link as

1. thematic
2. High page rank
3. Less outbound link
4. Less ads on the page
Normally i use three tools to find out link details of the page.
1.Seobook
2.Quirk search status
3.Ipagerank(In Google Chrome)- it provides you the complete link details like PR per page

Like wise, i would like to know what are all things(tools) you should consider to find quality links

    1. Dofollow
    2. Site age
    3. Trust rank
    4. Position of links. Footer links are of least quality.

    Also, check and ,make sure that it does not link to any site which has been banned by Google. No links should be on the page relating to illegal activities, human trafficking, terrorism or gambling.

    Only thing I would like to know whether they are interested in 3 way linking. And ofcourse the reputation counts. But it is always better to do 3 way linking.
