Can Google Crawler Read Content of RSS Javascript?

I will be using this RSS Javascript widget for my website: Free Feed Widget for displaying valid rss & xml feeds, as used on Surfing Waves

However I want answers to some questions:

1. Can the crawler read the content of the RSS on my site or just the javascript code?
2. Does it helps in SEO in any form?
3. Are there any non javascript RSS widget available?

    If you can see the rss feed/content inside the Google Cache, then yes Google can read the javascript. If you can't see the content, then the answer is no they can't read it.

    Google can read some very basic javascript (not much).

    Google can read Java script, but can not that script which is comes by calling a function. because crawler will not be able to reach that page from where the function value returns.
