    Freelancer.com, digitalpointforums, and here.
Put up a very detailed spec so that outsourcers know what you expect.

Best to have a search through those sites for similar projects and you can take the most relevant parts of other peoples specification requests.

Depending on the difficulty of your keywords you can use Fivver to pick up some cheap backlinks to get you started.

Once you have an idea of how SEO and backlinks work, you can look into hiring on odesk, freelancer or other sites to have specific tasks completed... maybe you want some High PR links, because you haven't gotten any, or you'd like some videos distributed.

A good place to get started would be right here on the warrior forum in the warrior for hire section. Always scroll to the end of a thread to see what current comments are being left about the service. Are people pist because the provider isn't delivering or are they mentioning an increase in rankings, or simply that they got what they paid for?

Don't rely too much on the reviews within the sales page, but the latest comments on the thread. That lesson costs me $300... you can have it for free!

    Hey Jeff,

I use oDesk.com. I have had the same SEO outsourcing team for almost 2 years and they do an amazing job. I don't know what type of back linking strategy you typically use, but you can find a number of people that will do forum backlinks, blog comments, articles, etc. There are also people on oDesk.com have a lot of the SEO software tools if you like to use them as well.

If you need help with oDesk.com, just let me know..

reason why you would want to outsource is to save yourself time and money so I would suggest the best way is to do general research as to what your competitors are ranking for and what you want to rank for, ie which keywords.

then find people through odesk to actually create the backlinks for you...something which is a tedious evil in SEO but will be helpful if you find someone with good grasp of the english language.
