localized EMD and content

Hi,
I would like to ask about Exact Match Domain and its content..
I have registered an EMD in italian (example: MatrimonioDiscorsi.com [Wedding Speeches]). I have 2 scenarios to proceed with for writing the content for this "italian EMD":
Scenario 1-either I write the articles in Italian and keep the "Italian" EMD keyword inside the text as we do usually in english style, or
Scenario 2- I write the article in english and keep the Italian" EMD keyword inside the text along with its translation in english.
Let for example suppose that I don't know italian (and I'm not able to hire a good italian writer to do the writing job) ... Could I write articles in english and keep the italian keyword inside the text...
Is scenario 2 is different from scenario 1 from SEO point of view? any suggestions?
