How to collect live links?

So, about 2 weeks ago I used the trial version of AMR and submitted to 171 article directories. To date, there isn't a single link indexed, that I can find via YSE.

I've read that I should be "collecting live links" and pinging them, but I have no clue how to do this.

Could anyone give me a quick run down on how to collect live links, and if possible, specifically for AMR?

Have never used it before, but here's the instruction I found. Check out the section "Now for Getting Your Report of Your Submitted Articles"

1. You can try pingomatic or pingler.
2. I don't think it helps much.

It's better to create RSS feeds and ping them or use services such as linklicious/backlink indexer.
