update ur sitemap at google analytics, it updates the previous version or install plugin 'google xml sitemap' if u have a wordpress blog this updates the sitemap after every 15 min. This improves ranking

i dont think you need to update it every time you add a webpage but update your sitemap in a week and resubmit it to google webmaster

Resubmit on a regular basis to WMT. 15 mins is probably overkill but if you are creating lots of new pages all the time then you should resubmit often.

    Hi goneebo,

do you have your website on Wordpress?

Then just get Google XML Sitemaps plugin and you are fine.

That is not a good way to do it. It breaks the trust of site with Google Bot. When you recreate a sitemap, last modiefied date of all urls gets changed. Got it?. You should only update the last modified date of a page in the sitemap when you actually update that page. When you create a new URl, just add it in the sitemap with correct last modified date.
