My CPA Campaign Setup [Fail]

Hey, I decided to try my own campaign.
It is for MyPcBackup.com which pays $5 each signup. ( I know this works because I tried itmyself )
I use Maxbounty.
I created my own landing page which looks like this. There are 2 versions I tried.
Question 1? What version is better?
I am currently advertising with advertising.com and facebook.
I am driving small amounts of traffic and am getting NO results.
These are the creatives I am using.
What is your opinion of these creatives?
Do you have any I should try?
Any input that can help me would be appreciated, before I throw in the towel.
