Is this Duplicate content?

My wordpress theme makes my Homepage only display wordpress "pages"
Although, my website only 4 official pages displayed (Home)(About)(Service)(Contact), but when i do a "site:" search I have 50+ pages indexed on Google.. all leading to the same Homepage.

It seems that my theme is making my site create "Phantom pages"
Is this Duplicate content?

If yes, can i solve the issue with 301 redirects with a wordpress plugin?

    would anyone else have an opinion of this is duplicate content.. and if simply 301 redirecting would work?

    and would my rankings fall after the 301 redirects? :/

    If i use 301 redirect on all my "Phantom URLs", does it mean that i can leave those URL's there... i don't have to No-index them right?

    I can surely say that it is duplicate content , I would suggest to change theme as you may be penalized by google

    I don't think you will be penalized by this.

    These "phantom pages" function more as previews than anything else. Google is pretty wise to this stuff.

    Also, Google almost always indexes more pages than you have, so don't freak out about that 50 pages indexed thing.
