High PR free Web Directories List

Hi all, I just needed a web directory list, so I can build links through them. I know they are not the best way to build links but just for diversity, I know also there are a dozen of lists on the web but I could not find a list which meets all of the following criteria: Free, Good PR, Do follow, most of what I have found are either need money, or reciprocal, or of low PR
So if anyone knows a good list of free high Pr web directories, I would appreciate if you share it.
Also if you know some do follow, Good PR blog commenting list it would be also great
