Do you mean adwords? Adsense doesn't have anything in common with keyword density

Keyword density is not a very big factor for anymore, You can check keyword density easily. You need to have word count addon installed in your browser and you have to target the keyword on the page(Easily you can find by using ctrl+F)

Then apply the equation of density. Voila! most accurate results discovered by you.

Google Adwords is best for finding keywords and for keyword density, you need to install a word count addon and count the number of time s keyword appears on the page

WhatsMySERP.com recently added a keyword density tool. With it you can include multiple keywords which will be highlighted in the results.

It will also list your title, description, meta keywords, and h1, h2, and h3 tags and highlight your keywords if they are present in them so you can check your on-page SEO for your keywords very easily.

Sample screenshot below. Let us know if you have any questions/feedback.

Keyword density has zip to do with adsense. Google is
not that insane. Keyword density has little to do with
      anything.

Adsense is signaled by a few things. First, title of the
page. Second, the first lines of text, high up on the page.
Second, h1, h2, etc. Those are my observations.
Gee, that's actually a primer even ignoring adsense!
      Anyway, I digress.

Put as general a title as you can that targets your niche.
Put a one sentence snippet, bolded, at the top of your page
with various keyphrases. Next, the H1 is the exact title of
the article. h2 may just be one more target, but don't over do
      it. Here's an example:

      <title>Resources for plumbers
<b>xyz.com has resources, tips, articles, on plumbing, faucets, sinks, more!
      <h1>How to install a sink

For an h2 tossed in for good luck, put an <h2>Updating a bathroom
just before the h1. But this is also an example of maybe overdoing
it. Your niche is plumbing. The word bathroom invokes all sorts of
nonsense, maybe even bath towels. BUT...putting bathroom in
your article 9 times is probably not going to get ads for bathrooms
in the above scenario. That's not what google thinks your article is
      about.

Ever seen articles on wikipedia? Exactly. Look up the article on
Bob Hope. The title is Bob Hope. The biggest word on the page,
very top, is Bob Hope. The first line of the article has Bob Hope
in bold. In fact, that's the ONLY place Bob Hope is mentioned in
the first 2 paragraphs. All the rest of the article is on stuff in
his career. In fact, the words "Bob Hope" do not appear again for
      several paragraphs.

You want laser targeted ads? That's how I do it. Your article is pretty
close to ignored, except for the first couple of sentences. The shorter
      the better.
