Is it OK to have more than one seo plugin in my wordpress?
For example can I use all in one Seo, platinium seo, seo pressor, Headway seo, seo by yoast etc at the same time?
Does this affect my ranking badly?

Secondly, can you suggest me best Seo plugins?

If you use multiple plugins that do the same job I'm sure they'll be working against each other.

My advice is, No, don't do it.

You only need one tool (plugin or theme) that lets you define Title, Description and Keywords.

SEO Pressor does a different job all together, so you can use it with any ONE of the others.

I would just find one that does 90% of what you want and stick with that. having more than one could stuff your meta tags etc as they are all trying to do the same thing

Is it a good idea to use both "All in seo" and "Seo by yoast" at the same time?
I use All in Seo to optimize the tittles, keywords, meta descriptions etc.

"Seo by yoast" also has sections for keywords, meta descriptions and tittles just like "all in one seo" but I don't fill them. I use Seo by yoast only to check how proper my on page seo is.
Do they still work against each other?

I would stick to one SEO Plug-in. If you are gonna use the All-In-One SEO plugin, you can still use SEOPressor. SEOPressor is a tool that shows you your keyword count, H1,H2,H3 tags and will highlight, underline and italicize your keywords. It also helps you get the best out of any pics you post.

I have a few posts on my site which explains in detail SEOPressor's capibility too.

You can probably get away with seo pressor, allinone seo, and seo friendly images as they are all doing different aspects of seo.

if you add more to this mix, you are going to really want to scrub your html and make sure nothing funky is going on, like your page having three title tags or something like that, one from each plugin getting written to the page. I've seen them do that before when they are all activated.
I havent tried yoast yet.. need to check that out.

Personally I don't like to use too many plugins as it slows down performance. I use All in one SEO, and SEO pressor and this is enough for me.

I am assuming that the Headway SEO which you refer to is the built in SEO features within the Headway theme. I am a big fan of this theme and use it myself.

I could be wrong, but I was told that you need to use either the Headway setting or the Yoast plugin, but not both because there are a couple of potential compatibility issues. I decided to turn of the Headway settings and use Yoast, which seemed to be the best option because it has a few more options than the built-in Headway settings.

I used to use 'All in One SEO Pack' which is very good but I've just recently switched to 'WordPress SEO by Yoast' which I highly recommend. It has lots of extra features and is very easy to use.
