    Do not use same content for promotion in the multiple sites. Unique content provides you more editorial links. Same content consider as a duplicate content and it might be harm your rankings so I suggest you to use proper and unique content for your submission.

    Use unique content only for best results and to avoid getting an unnatural linking penalty.

    Either way, if you go to the trouble of writing some high quality unique content it can sometimes be more beneficial to put it on your website rather than some article website for a backlink.
