There are many dofollow article directories and social bookmarking which you can make dofollow backlinks for your domain using them. Submit your pages to them and then you have free dofollow backlinks.

For example this forum ( Warriorforum.com ) is a dofollow forum and i.e my signature ( Hubmesh.com ) is a dofollwo social bookmarking and ezinearticles.com is a dofollow article directory.

I don't think receiving 2 links on a forum is going to help unless you are wanting 2 from each person. In which case it is a bit unrealistic and will not happen and you would be much better off spending your time browsing the forum and using the search feature of where to find High Pagerank DoFollow links. Simply just be posing a link on a page is just not enough anymore. Make sure you are targeting links within your niche and you have a good OnPage SEO score. If you do not know about OnPage SEO then you should search it before you start your backlinking process
