just got my email this morning ,I'm so down,kinda crushed

it was about invalid clicks,

sometimes I feel like that we have no tools or possibilities to protect us from such attacks and we get penalized

    I feel for you, but there are always ways at getting another adsense account.
    Although you wouldn't be able to put it on any of the sites you had your other adsense account on.

    Maybe try to use CPA in place of adsense.

    Sorry to hear about your troubles. Spencer Hawes of Nice Pursuits dot com just had the same thing happen to him and he was making thousands of thousands of dollars. He just wrote a post about alternate sources of advertising. Definitely worth a read for your situation.

        If those sites in your sig are what you mean,
        man, those are TERRIBLE sites.

        You can't even view the friggin things without
        giving out an email, clicking on a bunch of overlay ads,
        etc.

        Those sites are ripe for invalid clicks. Not just invalid
        clicks, but tons of them. Plus, they violate adsense
        TOS. Seems to me you may have gotten a manual
        review brought on by invalid clicks.

        You cannot interfere with the surfing in and out
        of a site, nor can you cover the ads.

        But if those are not the adsense sites, man, they
        are still terrible with a capital T. Lousy user
        interface.
