Does AMR work post penguin?

I am wantig to do some article submission and was wondeirng if AMR works if I dripfeed the links at say 30 a day on site with domain PR 3 and above??

Yes its safe, even i can say every tool is safe, just you need skills how you use that.

Yes AMR works, but you need to make sure you are varying your anchor text. Use like 10 different anchor text and some raw urls

I shut it down after Penguin hit. I've been thinking about firing it back up. Think I'll give the 30 links dripped a shot myself and see if it helps my site I've been using to test with. Been trying to wait out Penguin as best as possible until more information comes out about this latest update. Varying anchor text more seems like a good test now.

Yeh Il only be doing 20-30 links randomly chosen using AMR. I will only use the high PR domain sites. Forget the spammy links

Yes it will works but must be careful:
1. Target the one with PR
2. Don't submit to much just drip feed it slowly
3. Diversify your anchor text and link
