Hey everyone
Some 5 days ago i submitted my blog's sitemap to google
up till now it still says pending.
whats the way forward please help

What is the link of your sitemap url? in your sigh its your homepage url.

for ex: http://yoursite.com/sitemap.xml

5 days is not a problem, some time it may happens, better do resubmitting site map for 2, 3 days..

Your sitemap won't be read until your site is crawled next. Obviously your site is not very popular with Big G right now. From G's point of view it has no reason to look at your sitemap until the next time it's gathering information on your site. So sit back and relax.

If you sign up for webmaster tools you can test your sitemap.

Guess there is some problem with your sitemap. May be its not well structured. Try removing few widgets from your blog and them create a sitemap and resubmit. I Hope that would work. Give it a shot!

  Normally people have siteurl/Sitemap.xml or siteurl/sitemap.xml for your website. none of them are working. which is your sitemap URL?
