Hello,
I have watch somewhere in video that Matt Cutt said that it is good way to get backlinks by answering in communities to others.

In this manner do you think that getting a few 10-30 backlinks per day for website from related niche market forums posting with good forum replies shall be good white hat way to create backlinks or it may too result in any kind of penalty etc ?

Yes, 10-30 quality backlinks aka backlinks from high PR websites with unique content in all is said to be the best white hat SEO technique. Encourage other users of your niche forum to visit your website and give them some extra discounts to all community members.

You shouldn't receive a penalty for this and it's a very good idea to include it into your link building strategy. Not only will you get related niche links but you will also receive traffic directly from these links if your contribution is valued.

Don't worry so much about anchors when you do this type of links building. The niche topic serves to pass authority and trust to your site/page which if optimized correctly will rank for prominent on page keywords.

I think these links are good, if you are involved in a related community and you have relevant back links on forums in your niche.

I guess it’s a better idea to post on niche forum but it entirely depends on your efforts but don't go for 30 in a day it would be better if you can get 10 links per day.
