Yes, you are allowed to put adsense directly below the title of the post.
It's one of the most common spots to place adsense.

Yes, you *can*, but you should not, if you want to rank.

Google has implemented a layout penalty, where, if there are too many ads and there is too little relevant text "above the fold", your page will get a penalty, and will not rank as well as a page with exactly the same content but no ads above the fold.

In this context, "above the fold" seems to mean "visible when viewed in 800 x 600 resolution". If the visitor must scroll to see the content they came to view, then that's "above the fold".

Ignore at will if your traffic is mainly from sources other than google.com organic traffic.

        Thank you Joe118,

Can you give me tips on how an effective way to increase adsense revenue?

It's one way. For me, that is the best converting position for it.
But I've tested just about every single position on my page.

You should play around with it and see what works best for you and your traffic.

What Joe118 said is true and I noticed that it's only an issue if your ads appear excessive compared to your content.

I think just about everything violates the Google terms of service. Rather than helping people get ahead, the google gurus want to enjoy the disalussion that they are the worlds saviors. So they mess things up for everyone else with silly rules rather than just using common sense.

Adsense Ads works best below the post title and at the end of your post.

If done well under the title of the post and at the end of the post does not violate the TOS?

No. I suggest you read their TOS carefully first and check those examples they recommended. Generally, top part and right sidebar are most heated click areas.

I don't think that placing the ads under the title of post is effective. To post ad is a very difficult task and good placement can give you benefit more than your expectations.
